Screening Process

  1. Once the resume is shortlisted by HR, candidates will be contacted for a short telephone interview.
  2. If you make it past the telephone interview you will be invited to EnergyTech office for an onsite interview.
  3. You will be carefully assessed for appropriate knowledge, innovative thinking, problem-solving skills and technical abilities.
  4. Finally, if you are still in the running, you will be asked to return again for another round of interview.
  5. You will meet with a couple of members of the EnergyTech team, including managers and potential colleagues, to see if you're the right cultural fit.
